Return Policy
You may return any unopened and unused products to Optronics within 12
business days of purchase. Refunds will be made only as a credit towards any
future Optronics purchase save and except shipping costs. NO CASH REFUNDS.
With pre-arranged permission, Optronics will credit the cost of a post-12 day return
(up to $200) against a future Optronics product purchase only. In this case, no
returns are permitted. Optronics cannot accept any opened or used
product in any matter whatsoever. All returns are subject to a 15%
restocking charge.
