Why should I upgrade my current camera?
Unlike the DEI-750D which uses a parallel interface to acquire digital images, Microcast uses the latest Firewire technology to transfer DV directly to a PC or Macintosh computer. This means that the Microcast can be used with both the latest PC and Macintosh computers and operating systems including DVD recorders and more.
The Microcast has a brand new easy to use feature-set and menu system that is different than the previous DEI-750 which makes imaging with this camera simple and straight forward.
